Daily Diary Card (Geddes)

Description

Chemotherapy-focused instrument designed for use in small cell lung cancer. Patients answer questions about their symptoms and general state daily. Usually used with a more detailed quality of life questionnaire (such as the Rotterdam Symptom Checklist or the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer instruments) administered less frequently. Based on daily diary card designed by UK Medical Research Council.
